Return Policy
Polly's Jewelry is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.
- You can return any merchandise you purchase from pollysjewelry.com at your local Polly's Jewelry store with your receipt/packing slip, within 30 days for refund or exchange. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to your local Polly's Jewelry store, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 30 day period applies for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the 30 day period based on the date we shipped the order to you. We suggest that you ship your order insured, via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.
- Please follow these steps for your return:
- Look on your packing slip.
- Circle the item(s) you are returning.
- Indicate the reason for your return.
- Indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund.
- Completely fill out the return shipping label.
- Ship your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or Insured Postal Mail to:

- We recommend using FedEx or UPS for all return shipping. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance on UPS or Insured U.S Mail should be for the full retail price of the items.
